You are required to open each page of the online material and complete all chapter quizzes before attempting the final examination. You are required to pass each end of course 50-question examination with a grade of 75% or higher. The exam must be completed within a ninety (90) minute period. This part of the online course is strictly timed.
If you fail the end of course examination, state law requires you to wait at least 30 days before you are allowed to attempt another exam. Remember, you have one (1) year from the date of purchase (or prior to license expiration date, if sooner) to pass the exam. The one (1) year includes “waiting” time for a re-exam, if necessary. You may continue to review the online material during the waiting period. If you fail a second time, you must repurchase the course (at full price) and do all work again.
Upon passing the final examination, the course completion certificate will be prepared (during regular business hours) and sent to the email address you provide when purchasing the course. Please notify us if your email changes after the purchase. The certificate is to be retained in case of state audit. Ed Klopfer Schools of Real Estate will notify the state of your education.
Switching to the Classroom Course
If you decide you no longer want to continue the online course (prior to attempting the final examination & within one year of purchase), you may switch to a classroom course for an additional fee of $85. This is considered a new registration and therefore access to the online material in no longer available.
