This optional course is designed to help the applicant pass the Florida Real Estate Broker State examination. It basically converts the required pre-license material into questions/answers similar to those that may be encountered on the state examination. Upon registration/payment, you may attend the course unlimited times within one year. You may also access additional study questions on our website.
The course can be done in the following format:
Classroom - 3 sessions from 9:00am-5:00pm - Day one is coverage of closing statement, Subsequent two days are included to assist with Florida laws you will be tested on.
