14 Hour Real Estate Continuing Education Course
Second and subsequent license renewal requires completion of fourteen (14) hours of continuing education which can be done in one of the following manners:- Classroom - 2 sessions from 9am to 5pm (no examination required)
- Correspondence - Purchase the book/exam packet. An open-book final exam score of 80% or higher is required to pass. Please contact our Corporate Office (800-370-1570) to order your book.
- Online - You must complete the required chapter assignments and pass the end of course exam with a grade of 80% or higher. For Online Course, click here.
