Online 63 Hour Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License Course

Tuition & Customer Service

The tuition for the online 63-Hour Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-License course is $339.00.  Once you enroll in this course, you CANNOT receive a refund.  Course accessibility is good for one (1) year, to include “waiting” time for re-exam purposes.  (See Final Examination)

This online course requires no additional textbook material.  The text material may not be downloaded.  You may purchase a textbook (at least 24 hours after course purchase) for supplemental study material by calling the school at 800-370-1570.  The cost of the textbook is $50.00.  Additional shipping charges may apply.  No answer key is provided for the textbook questions.  It is important that you must specify that you are purchasing the online 63-Hour Pre-License textbook, not for the classroom course.

Completion (passing) of this online 63-Hour Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-License course allows you to enroll free of charge for the Ed Klopfer Schools of Real Estate Online State Exam Prep course and Online Math Review (an additional value of over $150.00).  Call the school at the completion (passing) of your online 63-Hour Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-License course to receive the passwords.  The passwords given to you will be good for 30 days.  New passwords can be received by calling the school.

Final Examination

The state of Florida requires you to pass the end of course final examination with a passing grade of 70% or higher.  You must complete each chapter quiz before attempting the final exam.  After spending at least 30 hours within the course material, you are eligible for the exam.  The examination must be completed within a three (3) hour period.  This part of the online 63-Hour Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-License course is strictly timed.  IMPORTANT:  You cannot go back and review prior questions when doing the final examination.  Also, do NOT exit the final exam area until it has been completed. 

If you fail the end of course examination, you must wait at least 30 days before you may attempt another examination.  Remember, you have one (1) year from the date of purchase to pass the exam.  The one (1) year includes “waiting” time for a re-exam, if necessary.  You may continue to review the online course material during this time period.  If you fail a second time, you must repurchase the course ($339.00) and do all work again. 

Upon passing the final examination, allow three (3) business days for the certificate to be prepared and mailed to you.  It is sent by United States Postal Service.  The original certificate must be given to the testing agency at the time of your exam (if not submitted previously).

Switching to the Classroom Course

If you decide you no longer want to continue the online course (prior to attempting the final examination), you may switch to a classroom course for an additional fee of $79.  This is considered a new registration and therefore access to the online material is no longer available.
