Tuition & Customer Service
The tuition for the online 30-Hour Residential Appraiser Continuing Education Package is $299.00. This package includes 20-Hours of Continuing Education credit, 3-Hours of Florida Law, and a 7-Hour National USPAP update. These courses, along with others, can be purchased separately to fulfill your individual needs. Course accessibility is good for six (6) months.

Final Examination
The state of Florida requires that you pass the end of course examination with a passing grade of 80% or higher. If you fail the end of course examination, you can review the material and continue immediately to the second exam.
