Mortgage Broker Course Information
SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator ONLINE Exam Prep!
Ed Klopfer Schools has partnered with the Association of Mortgage Educators to offer an online course to help you prepare for the National Loan Originator Test. The course is designed to prepare you with the knowledge you need to pass the exam, which is mandated by the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act).
The practice tests resemble the content breakdown and types of questions you will see on the licensing Test. You can take as many practice tests as you want. Since the questions are randomized from large pool of questions, each test will be unique—you will never see the same exact questions in the same exact order.
Florida Mortgage Broker License Course
The State of Florida requires individuals wishing to obtain a mortgage broker license to attend a 24-hour classroom course. Our course is held on a Friday evening followed by a complete weekend. There is no school exam. You are required to pass the state exam.
- Friday from 6:15pm to 10:15pm
- Saturday from 8:30am to 6:30pm
- Sunday from 8:30am to 6:30pm

This study guide is not intended to replace the 24 hour required pre-license course. Students are advised to read the entire course manual for both state exam preparation and education for being a professional Mortgage Broker.
