14 Hour Continuing Education Course Textbook Chapters
This course consists of nine (9) chapters of material and five (5) practice exam questions at the end of each chapter. The chapter links are displayed below.
Please be aware of the following:
- Before registering and purchasing the course, you must first read the course material (chapters 1-9)
- Read the chapters at your convenience – there is a practice exam (5 questions) at the end of each chapter. (Be sure to jot down your answers to transfer once you have registered and purchased the course)
- When you are ready to take the final exam, you may then register and purchase the course
- At this time, transfer your answers from the practice exams (these are NOT graded, but required by FREC)
- Proceed to the final 30 question exam
- You must complete the 30 questions in one session. Although not timed, you will not be able to go in and out of the final exam
- A score of 80% or higher is required to pass the exam. If you fail the exam the first time, you will have one more attempt at no charge.Please note, the State requires that you take a different version of the exam the second time. (Failing a second time will require you to re-purchase the course and complete all of the practice exams again)
NOTE: The practice exam answers must be filled in before you are allowed to complete the final exam. They are NOT graded, but required by FREC.

Final Exam Registration
Remember, when registering for this course, you will need to fill in your answers for the Progress Questions at the end of each chapter of the course study material. Although these answers are not graded, their completion is required by FREC. You will not be able to complete registration unless these answers are provided.
The cost of the course is $29.95, Have your credit card information, and your real estate license number handy when you are going to register.
You will take the exam immediately following registration. It must be completed in one sitting. Please make certain that you are ready to complete the final exam before registering.
