Continuing Education Florida Real Estate Course Information
Attention All CAM Licensees
(Community Association Managers)

14 Hour Real Estate Continuing Education Course
Second and subsequent license renewal requires completion of fourteen (14) hours of continuing education. The class format determines if a final examination is necessary.
Formats are as follows:
- Classroom - 2 sessions from 9am to 5pm (no examination required)
- Correspondence - Purchase the book/exam packet. An open-book final exam score of 80% or higher is required to pass. Please contact our Corporate Office to order your book 800-370-1570.
- Online - You must complete the required chapter assignments and pass the end of course exam with a grade of 80% or higher. For Online Course, click here.

14 Hour Mortgage Broker Continuing Education
New CE Requirements Mandated by DFS effective October 1, 2007
All Mortgage Brokers, Loan Originators, and Principal Representatives must complete 14 hours of continuing education every two years. Licensed Brokers must complete this requirement prior to the August 31, 2007 renewal deadline. Licensees do not need to complete continuing education if it is their first license renewal. Employees of Lenders (Loan Originators) must complete their hours prior to August 31, 2008.

Online 28 Hour Florida Real Estate License Reactivation Course
Who needs to take this course?
- Florida Real Estate Brokers and Sales Associates whose license has been involuntary inactive for a period of more than 12 months but less than 24 months must successfully complete and pass this course in order to qualify for licensure reactivation
- This is a new course approved under the recently changed FREC Rule 61J2-3.010
- The state will no longer accept two (2) 14-Hour Continuing education courses as satisfactory reactivation education

Short Sale Foreclosure
