Attention All CAM Licensees
(Community Association Managers)
CAM licensees are required to complete 20 hours of approved continuing education courses prior to the expiration of their license on September 30, 2010. Click for more information or to enroll click below:

This 18-hour course, required by the State of Florida, for individuals wanting to manage home-owners and community associations consisting of more than 10 units or having an annual budget in excess of $100,000.
The course is offered in one format:
- Classroom - 2 sessions from 8:30am to 6:30pm

CAM Prep Course
This intensive four hour course is designed to help you pass the state exam. The condensed review course consists of multiple study aids, test taking techniques, and was developed exclusively for Ed Klopfer Schools of Real Estate.
